Position Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Development Rep to join our remote sales force. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an autonomous environment and is excited about the opportunity to leverage their unique skills and interests to creatively generate new appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative lead generation strategies tailored to your strengths and preferences, whether through social media, networking, content creation, or any medium you excel in.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and understand industry trends that can be utilized in your outreach strategy.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, serving as the initial point of contact and fostering interest in our insurance and retirement benefits.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
- Track and report on lead generation performance, continuously optimizing your approach for better results.
Qualifications:
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a life and health insurance license.
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an innate ability to connect with people.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools and technology for remote work.
Compensation:This is a commission-based position offering a competitive structure with the unique benefit of residual monthly building compensation. In addition, we offer advanced commissions, paying out six months of earnings up front, the week following the submission of business.

Our expectations are only 7 booked appointments a week!
Knowing our numbers that will easily be reached by utilizing a combination of automatic dialing, automated email follow-ups and the ability to use social media tools as well!
Many reps transition to outsourcing their cold calls to one of our Virtual Assistant Partners to focus on other areas of their business and marketing efforts. We just know that we have to use the phone to engage with thousands of trucking companies that do not use social media or even check emails from people they don't know, so phone calls are vital to help those companies obtain benefits!

What Our Reps Do on a Weekly Basis
Monday - Self Development, Team Meeting and Social Media Content Development
Tuesday - Thursday Call on prospects provided to them, 30 calls before lunch and 30 calls after lunch. We also run our meetings during these days as Monday appointments are notoriously rescheduled so we don't even book them. Our time is too valuable and we have too many people to help.
Fridays - Optional but most decide to work even though we don't require it.
